This Blackstone Stromboli recipe features a crispy, golden crust filled with pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and savory pizza sauce, all grilled to perfection on a Blackstone griddle. Topped with a garlic-butter parsley glaze, this easy and flavorful stromboli is perfect for a satisfying meal or party snack.

Ingredients

For the Stromboli:

  • 1 pkg Pre-made Pizza Dough (13.8 ounces)
  • ¾ cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounces Sliced Pepperoni
  • 1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil

For the Topping:

  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Dried Parsley

Instructions

  1. Roll out the dough and add toppings: Spread the pre-made pizza dough on a flat surface and evenly spread ¾ cup of pizza sauce on top. Layer the sliced pepperoni and shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  2. Roll and seal the stromboli: Carefully roll the dough lengthwise over the toppings, then fold into a tri-fold and seal the edges tightly to keep the filling inside during cooking.
  3. Preheat and oil the Blackstone grill: Heat the Blackstone grill to medium-high heat, about 400-450°F. Once hot, evenly spread 1 tablespoon of avocado oil across the grill surface.
  4. Cook the stromboli on the grill: Place the stromboli seam-side down onto the hot grill. Cook for 4-6 minutes until the bottom is browned and crispy.
  5. Flip and cook the other side: Carefully flip the stromboli and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes until the other side is also browned.
  6. Finish cooking with indirect heat: Place a rack on the Blackstone grill, set the stromboli on top, cover with the grill lid, and cook for 8-10 more minutes until the dough is fully cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 200°F.
  7. Prepare the garlic butter topping: Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir in 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and ¼ teaspoon of dried parsley to create a flavorful glaze.
  8. Brush topping on stromboli: For the last 3-4 minutes of cooking, brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the stromboli to add extra flavor and a glossy finish.
  9. Serve and enjoy: Remove the stromboli from the grill, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
