Perfect as a quick snack, appetizer, or easy dinner, this recipe offers a mouthwatering combination of savory, cheesy, and buttery flavors that will wow pizza lovers of all ages.

Ingredients

Pizza Rolls

  • 18-20 Frozen pizza rolls (keep frozen)
  • Vegetable oil for frying (enough to submerge pizza rolls)

Garlic Butter Mixture

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

Seasoning and Topping

  • Grated Parmesan cheese, generous amount to taste
  • Dry basil, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare oil for frying. Pour enough vegetable oil into a saucepan to fully submerge the pizza rolls and heat over medium-high heat until the oil is ready for frying.
  2. Deep fry pizza rolls. Carefully add the frozen pizza rolls into the hot oil and fry for about 3 minutes until they become golden brown and crispy.
  3. Drain excess oil. Remove the cooked pizza rolls using a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to drain off any excess grease.
  4. Mix garlic butter. In a small bowl, combine melted butter with minced garlic and stir well to blend the flavors.
  5. Coat pizza rolls. Transfer the drained pizza rolls into a large bowl, drizzle the garlic butter mixture over them, and toss gently to evenly coat each roll.
  6. Add Parmesan and basil. Generously sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the coated pizza rolls, followed by a light dusting of dried basil or parsley, then mix again to distribute the toppings thoroughly.
  7. Serve hot. Serve the Garlic Parmesan Pizza Rolls immediately while they are still hot and crispy for the best taste and texture.

Notes

  • You can substitute frying with air frying at 400°F for 8-10 minutes for a lighter option.
  • Use fresh garlic for a stronger flavor or garlic powder for convenience.
  • Adjust the amount of Parmesan and basil to your preference for flavor intensity.
  • Be cautious when frying; monitor oil temperature to prevent burning.
  • These pizza rolls are best enjoyed immediately after preparation to maintain crispiness.
