Ingredients

Fruits

  • 4 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries
  • Juice of 1 lime (about 2–3 tablespoons)

Liquids & Sweetener

  • 2 1/2 cups water, divided
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Add pineapple chunks, strawberries, 1 cup of water, agave nectar, and lime juice to a blender.
  2. Blend Until Smooth: Blend the mixture until it becomes a smooth puree with no chunks remaining.
  3. Strain Juice: Pour the blended juice through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher, using a spoon or spatula to help press the juice through if necessary.
  4. Mix with Water: Add the remaining 1 1/2 cups of water to the strained juice in the pitcher and stir well to combine.
  5. Serve: Serve chilled or over ice for a refreshing drink.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less agave nectar according to taste.
  • Serve immediately for the freshest flavor or refrigerate for up to 2 days.
  • This beverage can be made with frozen fruit if fresh is unavailable, but may need less water.
  • For a sparkling version, substitute still water with sparkling water.
