These S’mores Protein Balls are a delicious and healthy snack inspired by the classic campfire treat. Combining oats, crushed graham crackers, almond butter, honey, protein powder, mini chocolate chips, and dehydrated marshmallows, these no-bake protein balls are perfect for a quick energy boost, post-workout snack, or on-the-go treat.

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Oats
  • ¾ Cup Graham Cracker Crushed
  • ½ Cup Protein Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Mini Chocolate Chips
  • ¼ Cup Mini Dehydrated Marshmallows

Wet Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Almond Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Honey

Instructions

  1. Prepare Graham Crackers: Coarsely break the graham crackers inside a ziplock bag. Measure out ¾ cup of the crushed graham crackers and place them into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Combine Base Ingredients: Add the oats, almond butter, honey, and protein powder to the bowl with the graham crackers. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are fully combined into a sticky dough-like consistency.
  3. Add Chocolate Chips and Marshmallows: Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and mini dehydrated marshmallows, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  4. Form Balls: Scoop out approximately 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll it between your hands to form a ball. Repeat this process until all the mixture is used.
  5. Chill to Set: Place the formed protein balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up properly.
  6. Store and Enjoy: After chilling, transfer the protein balls to an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for longer storage.

Notes

  • If the mixture is too dry or crumbly, add additional almond butter and/or honey in small amounts until you reach the desired consistency.
  • Store the protein balls in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks to maintain freshness.
  • For freezing, arrange the protein balls on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and freeze until solid before transferring to a freezer-safe bag. They can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
