This White Chocolate Coffee Syrup is a luscious, creamy blend that combines the sweetness of white chocolate with the rich flavors of half and half and sweetened condensed milk, perfect for enhancing your morning coffee or dessert beverages.

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup half and half (or 50/50 mixture of milk and heavy cream)
  • ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 oz white chocolate

Instructions

  1. Heat the dairy mixture: In a small saucepan, warm the half and half and sweetened condensed milk over medium heat. Bring the mixture close to boiling but do not let it actually boil to avoid curdling or burning.
  2. Melt the white chocolate: Add the white chocolate to the warm mixture and reduce the heat. Stir continuously until the chocolate has completely melted and the syrup is smooth.
  3. Cool and store: Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the syrup to cool before using. Store any leftover syrup in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes

  • If half and half is unavailable, substitute with a 50/50 mixture of milk and heavy cream.
  • Store leftover syrup in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
  • Reheat stored syrup in the microwave for 10 to 20 seconds before mixing into coffee to restore smooth consistency.
